Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada. International orders may be available — please email us to check.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping email with tracking when it ships.
Shipping time
After processing, Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Remote regions may take longer.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $75 CAD.
- Standard shipping on orders under $75 CAD: $7.95 CAD flat.
Carrier: UPS or Canada Post. Tracking is included on every order.
Customs & duties
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Delays
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier delays, customs holds, and other events outside our control may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and will help resolve issues where we can.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please:
1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbours.
2. Contact your local post office or carrier.
