We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.


Eligibility

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

- Original tags must be attached.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

- Final sale items, intimates, and gift cards are not eligible for return.


How to start a return

1. Email us at info@hudsonvale-toronto.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. We will send you a return authorization and the return address within 1–2 business days.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.


Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot refund items lost in return transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@hudsonvale-toronto.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.
